About the Role:
Your job will be to call potential clients, set up appointments, and manage emails and schedules. You will also help the founders by keeping things running smoothly and handling administrative tasks. Good communication skills and basic computer knowledge are important. This role is perfect for someone who is organized, friendly, and can help the business grow.
Responsibilities:
- Book Appointments: Schedule and confirm meetings with potential clients, ensuring a smooth and efficient appointment-setting process. Maintain a well-organized calendar to avoid conflicts and maximize business opportunities.
- Lead Generation: Identify and attract potential clients through targeted marketing campaigns, outreach efforts, and digital advertising. Continuously refine lead-generation strategies to improve conversion rates and drive business growth.
- Data Entry & Documentation: Record and organize client information, project details, and marketing data in company databases. Ensure all documentation is up-to-date and easily accessible for seamless business operations.
- Customer Support: Respond to client inquiries, address concerns, and provide exceptional support across multiple communication channels. Act as a bridge between clients and internal teams to ensure satisfaction and trust.
- Internal Coordination: Collaborate with the marketing, design, and development teams to align marketing efforts with company goals. Facilitate smooth communication to enhance workflow efficiency and project execution.
- Social Media Management: Create, schedule, and manage engaging content across social media platforms to strengthen brand presence. Monitor analytics, engage with audiences, and adapt strategies to boost online visibility and lead generation.
Qualifications:
- No experience required, but experience is a plus.
- Knowledge and understanding in marketing is a plus, but not required.
- Has good communication skills. (written and verbal)
- Ability to work independently, solve problems, and meet deadlines.
- Proactive, result-oriented, and eager to grow alongside with the company.
